Coming Fall 2026 🦋
Leaking when you sneeze. Back or pelvic pain that hasn't gone away. Feeling disconnected from a body that used to feel like your own. A baby who won't latch, cries more than seems normal, or hasn't hit a milestone yet.
You don't always have to push through.
You've probably been told this is just part of having a baby, just part of getting older, or that you should wait and see.
Often there is more that can be done.
Hi, I'm Danika!
I'm a mom of 3, and for almost 15 years I worked as a women's pelvic health and infant occupational therapist in the US, owning my own clinic there until 2025.
Here in Goirle, I support women and babies with hands-on care, myofascial release, and movement built for your body.

Newborns can use support throughout their bodies and nervous systems as well. Between birth itself (cesarean or vaginal), learning how to feed, and the developmental milestones they work so hard to achieve, these little loves benefit from gentle myofascial release throughout their bodies as well!
With gentle movement, positioning tips, and myofascial release, we can help your tiny one feel more comfortable in their body.

Pregnancy can be beautiful, but it needs a lot of energy and extra focus on your health & wellness as you navigate what feels like a million things your body is doing.
At Luma, we use a combination of myofascial release, personal training, and education to help empower your pregnancy journey. While personal training and pelvic health coaching helps you strengthen your deep core and coordinate your pelvic floor for birth, myofascial release helps by reducing pregnancy aches & pains, improving blood flow, and releasing myofascial restrictions throughout the back, hips, pelvis, abdomen, head, neck, and shoulders.

The weeks and months after birth ask a lot of your body, often when you have the least time to care for it.
At Luma, we help you recover at your own pace by easing the tension that feeding and carrying leave in the neck, shoulders, and back, guiding your core and pelvic floor as they rebuild, and helping you return to strength and movement when you feel ready, using myofascial release, pelvic health coaching, and personal training.

As we go through perimenopause and menopause, the tissues in our bodies become less elastic and we can experience muscle and joint aches, fascial stiffness, and many more unpleasant symptoms. The nervous system can also play a large role in perimenopause, so it’s important to learn how to downregulate your nervous system as well.
At Luma, we pride ourselves on care that helps you stay active with a regulated nervous system, and provide bodywork and exercises to reduce those aches and pains and help you function at your best.

Trying to conceive can be exciting, but it can also take a lot out of you, physically and emotionally.
At Luma, we support your fertility journey by improving blood flow to the pelvis and reproductive organs, releasing myofascial restrictions through the abdomen, hips, lower back, and pelvic floor, and easing the tension that stress can leave in the body, using gentle myofascial release, functional movement, and education.

Living with endometriosis, PMOS, chronic pain, hypermobility/Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, or a body that hurts and tires unpredictably means managing it for years, often while being told there' is nothing left to do.
At Luma, we can help you with functional movement, pacing your energy, and daily activities like lifting, cooking, and working so your best hours go where you actually want them. We also prioritize gentle myofascial release to reduce myofascial tension and restriction through your body, including working with any scar pain that lingers after a surgery or procedure.

Words of Kindness
Below you can read a few of the reviews below from some of my patients* seen at Flourish Pelvic Health & Wellness in Philadelphia, USA.
“Wonderful experience! Danika has helped me greatly with my low back pain. She’s passionate and deeply invested in helping her patients . I am grateful for the opportunity to work her, and appreciate her knowledge and help in understanding my own pelvic floor . Would recommend her , we all need a provider like Danika Viola!”
— Sarah
“I can’t recommend [her] highly enough! Danika is skilled, kind, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable - everything you could ask for. I have learned more about my body and chronic pain in a short time with Danika than I did in years of physical therapy.”
— Kimberly
“I had my first appointment with Danika today and she was incredibly welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and overall an absolute delight. She explained everything is a simple and straightforward way which was both helpful and comforting. Thank you Danika!”
— Sheila
*Please note that these reviews sometimes also involved internal pelvic floor therapy, which I am not currently offering until my occupational therapy licensure comes through in the Netherlands.
